Beer on Tap - Taproom Menu


First in our experimental line, this 7.1% Cold IPA was brewed to be hazy but then cold fermented with lager yeast. Featuring HBC472 hops, this experimental hop variety boasts aromas of oak, vanilla, coconut, & sweet fruits. We paired it with a touch of Ekuanot and Citra to round out the flavors. Double dry-hopped, we added the first dry hop with the yeast, which brings dankness, and the second dry hop was on day 7.
